FlexPAC Authorization Form

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) requires trade associations like FPA to receive an authorization from a member company before soliciting you or your executive and administrative employees for contributions to our PAC. Granting this authorization does not obligate you or anyone in your company to contribute. Please note that federal law permits a company to only authorize the solicitation of employees by one trade association federal PAC per year. We are required to obtain a written authorization each and every calendar year in order to solicit contributions. Therefore, please consider signing for multiple years.
