2026 FPA FlexForward® Conference Welcome to the 2026 FPA FlexForward® Conference registration. This year's event will take place September 15 - 17, 2026 at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, WI.
FPA members receive a special rate of $1500.00 to attend the FlexForward Conference while non-members pay a rate of $2000.00. If you are a member of FPA, please be sure to login prior to completing this registration form so that you can take advantage of member pricing. Members that register at the non-member rate will not receive a refund for the difference. Registration fees are due and payable via credit card at the time of registration. Registrations that do not include payment via credit card at the time of registration are subject to a $100 invoicing fee.
The registration deadline is Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00 Noon Eastern. Registrations received after this time will include a $250 late registration fee.
To receive a refund of your registration fees, please submit a request to Emily Patten at epatten@flexpack.org no later than 12:00 Noon Eastern on Friday, August 14, 2026. After this time registrations cannot be refunded but they can be transferred to another member of your company who would like to attend the 2026 FlexForward Conference.

Guest registration for the 2026 FPA FlexForward® Conference is for spouses and significant others not involved in the flexible packaging industry. Business associates must create their own, separate registration. Guests are welcome at all networking functions.
As an inactive or non-member of FPA, you will receive the non-member guest registration fee of $700.00. If you are a member and not logged in , please do so to receive member pricing.
